GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

Any order for a product appearing in the online store gegon-shop.com implies acceptance of these general conditions. These conditions apply to any sale of products presented on this site. The customer declares to have read it when placing the order. Any order placed on the gegon-shop.com site represented by Géraldine Gontier entails unreserved acceptance of these conditions. GeGoN reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.


ARTICLE 1: PRODUCTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site gegon-shop.com, designated as the seller, offers unique jewelry. The brand and all the creations presented there are the property of GeGoN and its creator. Any counterfeiting or reproduction of the brand or the articles presented, even partial, is subject to legal action. Any use or reproduction without authorization of the brand, texts, comments, photos, logo and articles present on this site is strictly prohibited.
The photographs in the online store are not contractual. They are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors.

ARTICLE 2: PRICE
GeGoN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on a product on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Postage and packaging costs are not free or included in the prices indicated unless otherwise stated or promotional offers.
Prices are in Euros.
VAT is not applicable on all products on the gegon-shop.com site.

ARTICLE 3: ORDER
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:
• enter your contact details in the corresponding fields, after having validated your basket
• validate your order after checking it
• make payment under the conditions provided
• confirm your order and payment

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of transaction. GeGoN will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order which will constitute irrevocable acceptance thereof.
GeGoN reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an abnormal order, an existing dispute with the customer, refusal to authorize payment by bank transfer from banking and insurance organizations, non-payment or partial payment.
GeGoN cannot be held liable in this respect.

ARTICLE 4: MEANS OF PAYMENT

- SumUp: Financial technology company headquartered in London, UK. It is a payment services company serving more than four million merchants in more than thirty-five countries worldwide and operates a series of bespoke trading tools products created specifically for the micro and nano1 segment. SumUp is a card reader for national bank cards, Visa, Cirrus, VPay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners, Union Payment, etc. can read (old) magnetic stripe cards such as those with an electronic chip as well as those with radio identification or near field communication (NFC / NFC).

- Paypal. No obligation to create a Paypal account. On the PayPal.com payment page, there is an option dedicated to non-PayPal.com account holders that the Customer can use.


The data recorded and kept by GeGoN constitutes proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by Stripe and Paypal constitutes proof of financial transactions. GeGoN not being responsible for the SumUp, Paypal and Stripe sites, GeGoN cannot under any circumstances be held responsible by the customer for the consequences of improper use of the SumUp, Paypal.com or Stripe .com sites on his part, nor for the inaccessibility of these sites if the eventuality were to arise.
The customer's account will be debited immediately.

ARTICLE 5: DEADLINES AND DELIVERIES
The order will be executed no later than within 2 working days to a maximum of 10 working days from the day following that on which the customer placed his order, unless otherwise indicated on the site. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. GeGoN cannot be held responsible if the said address is incomplete or incorrect.
Gegon cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers.
Gegon is not responsible for the theft, loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered to the carrier.

ARTICLE 6: WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of an exchange or refund, return the new, unworn item(s) to GeGoN in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, GeGoN will reimburse the sums paid, within a maximum period of 30 days following notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering or by check.

ARTICLE 7: RESPONSIBILITY
The jewels offered for sale comply with the French legislation in force.
GeGoN cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from improper use of the jewelry sold.
GeGoN, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.

ARTICLE 9: HIDDEN DEFECT WARRANTY
In the event that the products we have delivered to you present a hidden defect, we will choose to eliminate this defect, or to replace the defective product with another. If we are unable to do so, we will refund the price of the defective product upon receipt of it.

GeGoN undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information provided by customers on the site. These are confidential. ARTICLE 10: LANGUAGE, APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTES
This contract is drawn up in French and is subject to French law. In the event of a legal dispute, only the jurisdiction of the French courts may be engaged.
