In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, return the item(s) new and unworn in its(their) original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, GeGoN will refund the sums paid, within a maximum period of 30 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used during the order.
